Leader For Growth Academy PART 1

This course is the first out of four in the Leader For Growth Academy e-learning. It provides you with knowledge and tools to apply a self leadership. Before you can lead others, you need to learn how to lead yourself, to actually have the time to be a leader. Being effective as a leader is about doing the right things, at the right time and still have energy left at the end of the day.

You will learn the basics of neuroleadership - how to lead yourself based on the brain's preferences. You will also be provided with tools to improve your time management skills and how to set a good foundation to create a healthy workplace.
